At Maple Grove Couture, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return option under the conditions outlined below.
Please review this policy carefully before starting a return request.
Returns
You may return an item within 30 days of receiving your order if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be in its original condition

All tags, accessories, and packaging must be included

The product must show no signs of excessive wear, damage, or misuse

Hygiene-sensitive items must be clean before being returned
Items that are damaged due to improper use or handling cannot be accepted.
Once your return is received, it will be inspected by our team. The review process may take up to 7 business days. You will be notified once your return has been approved.
Return Shipping
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To ensure your return arrives safely, all returned packages must include a valid tracking number. Returns sent without tracking information may not be processed.
Returns sent to the incorrect address cannot be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately after receiving the package.
Instead of issuing a refund, we will arrange a free replacement of the same product or a similar item of equal value whenever possible.
Products that show signs of intentional damage or excessive use will not qualify for replacement or refund.
Delivery Delays
While we always aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, certain circumstances beyond our control may occasionally cause delays. These may include:

Weather conditions

High shipping volumes
Because these factors are outside our control, delivery delays do not qualify for refunds.

Our team will then provide the correct return instructions and return address.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Right of Withdrawal
Customers purchasing for personal use have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their items.
Please note:

The withdrawal period begins on the day the order is delivered.

If multiple items are ordered, the period begins when the last item is received.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but it may still be returned according to this policy.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Orders in Transit
Orders are processed through our international fulfillment partners. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
If you wish to return the order after receiving it, please follow the return procedure described above.
Refunds
If your return request is approved, we will process your refund once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be completed after the returned item has been received.
Shipping costs and any additional delivery upgrades are non-refundable.
